With nearly 30-years of automated data collection, software development, IT management and project management experience, Paul Hanson leverages his deep understanding of warehouse best practices to support new and existing customers. With 18 of those years’ experience working with RFgen solutions, Paul enjoys sharing his unique perspective of clients’ needs and extensive technical knowledge to overcome their challenges.

He first came across the RFgen toolset while working for IBM as a JD Edwards consultant and was “very interested in what he saw.” Then, while later working client-side for Melaleuca, he introduced the company to RFgen during their search for an automated data collection solution. With Melaleuca, Paul became the first to implement RFgen Mobile Foundations for JD Edwards in North America. The wellness company remains a RFgen customer today.

When he’s not creating strategic workflows or thinking outside the box to solve customer challenges, Paul enjoys spending time with his family, volunteering at his church, snowboarding during the long Idaho winter and watching NASCAR.

Paul holds an associate degree in computer information technologies, is a certified JD Edwards professional and Six Sigma Yellow Belt.
