Design and develop technical solutions tailored to meet client-specific requirements, ensuring compatibility with existing systems. Install, configure, and integrate new systems and software with clients’ existing IT infrastructure. Use coding languages and development frameworks to customize and deploy enterprise solutions.

Perform rigorous testing to ensure stability, efficiency, and security before full-scale implementation. Provide detailed documentation and standard operating procedures for clients, and evaluate post-implementation system performance while providing ongoing support and optimization services.

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• 5 years of experience in software development, application implementation, and technical support.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• 3 years of experience using coding languages and development frameworks to customize and deploy enterprise solutions.
• 3 years of experience in a technical role on a Professional Services team working directly with customers.
• 1 year of experience with ERP systems, including technical deployment using SAP, MSFT, JDE, or Oracle.

Lead and manage a team of Solution Architects in enterprise integration solutions including VBA, .NET, JSON, SOAP, REST, and FTP. Provide strategic direction, mentorship, and oversight to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Oversee project execution to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Support Project Managers with risk assessment, issue mitigation, and resource allocation. Deploy ERP solutions including SAP, MSFT, JDE, Oracle, and Deltek.

Partner with sales and customer success teams to support pre-sales activities, including product demos and solution proposals. Oversee technical projects and implementations for architectural frameworks, software development methodologies, and process improvement. Provide regular status updates, performance reviews, and development plans for team members.

Influence technical direction and solution architecture to align with company goals and customer needs. Provide guidance during design sessions, ensuring scalable and effective solutions, including supply chain management life cycle.

Ensure that rigorous QA processes are followed, maintaining high standards for deliverables, and provide training and knowledge sharing to both internal teams and customers.

• 5 years as a lead functional consultant deploying ERP solutions, including SAP, MSFT, JDE, Oracle, and Deltek.
• 3 years of experience in enterprise integration solutions, including VBA, .NET, JSON, SOAP, REST, and FTP.
• 3 years of experience in architectural frameworks, software development methodologies, and process improvement.
• 3 years of experience with Supply Chain Management lifecycle management.
