With more than 20 years of experience in project leadership, consulting in customer services, learning & development, as well as customer experience and success factors. Tania brings excellent processes, communication, and follow-up to her client projects. She has a breadth of experience in the software space spanning SaaS/PaaS, cloud, on-premise, system integration (API), and multiple coding languages from previous roles through companies such as ON24, Act-On, and Franklin Templeton Investments.
