Robert Brice currently holds the dual offices of president and chief technology officer for the DataMAX Software Group, Inc. As president, he provides the leadership required to position the company at the forefront of the AIDC industry and the rapidly expanding mobile sector. He is responsible for developing and overseeing the company’s strategic plans, and for advancing the company's mission and objectives to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. He further oversees company operations to ensure efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
In his role as chief technology officer, Mr. Brice is responsible for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development. To enable this vision, he has built and manages a top-flight team of enterprise mobility experts with specialization in mobile technologies and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems like SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards and more. Mr. Brice continues to lead this team in their efforts to anticipate and react to major technology changes, to ensure adherence to company technical standards, and to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape through strategic R&D planning.
Mr. Brice was responsible for the design, development and go-to-market strategies for the RFgen technology. During his career he has acted as the channel manager for both domestic and international partner recruitment efforts; playing a key role in establishing the RFgen partner network in over 35 countries around the world. He has acted as a sales coach for internal sales teams as well as for the company’s partners. He has been a featured speaker at International AIDC industry conferences in the U.S., China, Singapore, Indonesia, Australia, Belgium, Netherlands, and Italy. Prior to his work with RFgen, Mr. Brice occupied several roles within direct sales, technical sales, technical development, sales and technical training, and also provided software consulting services for multiple industries.
Dustin Caudell, vice president of sales at RFgen, manages our sales activity globally. Dustin has over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software marketplace. Since graduating from Clemson University in 1992, Dustin has spent his career providing growth and leadership to small and medium-sized high-tech software companies and the clients they serve. Before RFgen, Dustin served as the senior vice president of sales and marketing and a board member of Foxfire Software for 9 years in the supply chain software space. Prior to Foxfire, Dustin served for 13 years in various leadership roles at Datastream Systems including vice president of North American sales. There he helped Datastream grow from a 40-person niche provider to a publicly held worldwide leader in enterprise asset management software with 1,300 employees. Datastream was acquired by Infor in 2006. Dustin holds a BS degree in Financial Management with a minor in Accounting from Clemson University.
Stan Schoch, vice president of strategic initiatives manages RFgen's expansion into new markets and new technologies. With over 30 years of experience in executive management, Mr. Schoch provides a wealth of knowledge, expertise and guidance to companies looking to effectively solve complex supply chain and warehouse automation challenges. Prior to joining RFgen in 2009, Mr. Schoch previously served as vice president of sales for Clear Orbit Software, PSI Software, ROC Software and Academics XL, and held senior director positions at Quest Software and IBM/Tivoli. Mr. Schoch began his career with the IBM Corporation after graduating from the University of Texas at El Paso.
Michael Clark, vice president of professional services, works with the RFgen account managers to provide customers with the product and industry information they need to evaluate mobile solutions. With over 20 years of experience in director-level software and services management, Mr. Clark’s knowledge, experience and dedication to customer success helps set the strategy for providing outstanding customer service to all of RFgen’s customers—from our large multi-national partnerships to our one person development shops. Prior to coming to RFgen, Mr. Clark worked in strategic services for companies such as Vital Processing Services and TSYS, where he was a winner of the TSYS President’s Circle Award (TSYS’ most prestigious honor).
Steve Pulling, technology director, is not only responsible for managing the company’s internal technology strategy and resources, but he also utilizes his depth of experience, technical skills and management capabilities to support the chief technology officer with the architecture and development of the RFgen product. He has been in the high-technology field for over twenty years. During this time, he has held a number of leadership positions working as a software architect, development manager, software engineer, and a network/system engineer for companies such as Compuware, Puma Technology and Synnex Information Technologies.
Mike Davis, director of client applications, mentors and leads the RFgen consultants, manages the quality of the solutions and maintains the ERP suite products for all divisions. This team of enterprise mobility experts prides itself on its ability to deliver exceptional and timely professional service to our customers. With over 30 years of programing experience and 15 years with RFgen, Mr. Davis has designed and implemented data collection solutions for some of the largest companies in the world. He has also lead RFgen’s SAP ERP, SAP Business One and Deltek Costpoint development teams. Prior to joining RFgen, Mr. Davis held technical positions with Electronic Data Systems and CalPERS. He holds a B.S. in Management of Information Systems from Sacramento State University, and an MBA in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University.
Dawn Sierra, corporate controller, directs all financial aspects of the RFgen business, including accounting best practices, internal controls, design and maintenance of the financial reporting structures, and monitoring financial and sales performance. Ms. Sierra also manages RFgen’s corporate contracts with clients and vendors and ensures corporate policies and procedures are in place to better streamline processes within the organization. Ms. Sierra has over 15 years of corporate leadership and operations management experience and over 7 years of financial reporting experience. She holds a B.S. Degree in business administration from the University of Tennessee, with an emphasis in both marketing and accounting. Prior to joining RFgen, Ms. Sierra held senior financial executive positions with School Innovations & Advocacy, Vision Service Plans and Cigna Healthcare.
