Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Builds relationships with sales, marketing, and other departments and/or outside vendors to execute customer/internal communications plans.
  • Serves as department specialist on marketing and trade show projects.
  • Manages trade show requirements and deadlines, sales support, and industry research.
  • Manages website content enhancements, image creation, and analytics reporting.
  • Creates, edits and manages graphic design for marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Supports the development and reconciliation of the marketing budget for projects.
  • Supports email marketing for nurture campaign development – writing/editing content, creating images, programming to Pardot, and tracking performance.
  • Coordinates, edits and proofreads, with high attention to detail, all marketing assets and content for advertising consumption.
  • Analyzes and reports on campaign performance, identifies performance trends, and proactively engages marketing team with growth ideas.
  • Works with a team in recommending action, scheduling, and planning projects, estimating and reconciling cost for marketing projects.
  • Occasional travel is possible.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, PR, or Communications; or five (5) years’ experience in product marketing.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in Adobe Creative Suite for layout design, graphics creation, and alike.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in Google Analytics and statistical reporting platforms.
  • Advanced project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to speak in groups.
  • Intermediate proficiency in marketing automation software and CRM - Pardot and Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, work in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous environment, without compromising the quality of work.
  • Intermediate proficiency web usability, design, content, and SEO.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office products including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and relationship building skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues, partners, vendors, and customers.
