Receipts by PO
Receives items into a warehouse location by purchase order number, line id, or item number. Upon receipt, a location can be assigned and a lot and/or serial number can be recorded. A receipt record is created and the Item Ledger (CardEx) is updated. Optionally, a sales backorder release can be issued. Also, items can be transferred to a shipping location for ship confirmation. This application may be configured to ensure a unique lot number per item (Country of Origin).

The Receipt Routing process flow can be matched to your company’s setup to transfer quantities as required prior to making inventory available.
